Everybody Plays The Fool

As I've said before in this space, it's my opinion that you folks who support Donald Trump are, by definition, incapable of that function, so it's foolish to even try. You may think that's harsh. I think it's time-saving.
Donald Trump doesn't love you. He is a con man from Queens who cares about nothing that doesn't line his pockets or fatten his ego. Hundreds of you are now imprisoned or facing indictment because of him. And he's taken you for a quarter of a billion dollars, besides. But sure, you go right on believing in him. Everybody plays the fool.
But making a fool of yourself is better than making a fool of someone else. That is just mean. If a person tries to make a fool of you by yelling at you in public, just walk away. He will end up making a fool of himself.
Now, if you are fooling yourself you are unwilling to accept the facts of a situation. In other words, you are in denial. If you think that you can learn perfect English in a very short time without studying or practicing, you are really fooling yourself.
Bible readers will recall with me when King David had an encounter with a man named NABAL who refused Him hospitality. Ironically, the Hebrew word translated \"fool\" is NA^BA^L, which is an adjective having the meaning of \"stupid, wicked\" or \"vile person.\" It comes from the root verb NA^BE^L, which means to fall away.
Nabal did not recognize the LORD had anointed David to be the leader of His people and therefore treated David rather roughly. The result of this behavior is Yahweh struck him down dead. Likewise, the fool who refuses to acknowledge God and show Him the proper respect is marked for death. And this death is an eternal one. Jesus describes this place of the wicked as a place of eternal torment. What could be more foolish than going to hell not for a visit but for all of eternity 781b155fdc
